Questions before you decide

How does the Free Pilot work?

The Free Pilot lets you run a real mentorship with up to 10 participants at no cost, with no time limit and no credit card. It includes all matching formats and a basic dashboard. Use it to prove value with a real cohort before you commit any budget to a paid plan.

Can I switch plans at any time?

You can switch plans at any time. Upgrading gives you immediate access to the new tier’s features. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep the features you paid for until the cycle ends. The Free Pilot has no billing at all.

Are there annual contracts?

Annual contracts are not required. Monthly billing has no long-term commitment, and annual billing is optional and takes 15% off: Starter is $10.20 and Growth is $17 per active participant per month. Get in touch for contract details on larger or Enterprise arrangements.

What counts as a "participant"?

A participant is any active mentor or mentee in at least one mentorship. Admin-only accounts do not count toward your bill. You pay per active participant per month, so people you deactivate stop counting when the next invoice adjusts. The Free Pilot covers up to 10 participants at no cost.

How does per-participant billing work?

Billing is monthly and based on the number of active participants in your organization. Starter is $12 and Growth is $20 per active participant per month. If participants are deactivated mid-cycle, the next invoice adjusts automatically. Annual billing takes 15% off the monthly rate.

What AI features are included?

All plans include AI-generated meeting agendas, session summaries, and skill gap insights. AI credits are one shared monthly pool for your organization: Free Pilot includes 8 AI credits per month; Starter gets 25, Growth gets 40, and Enterprise gets 50 (customizable). Credits reset monthly.

What happens when I run out of AI credits?

Credits reset on the first of each month and do not roll over. If your organization uses all its credits before the month resets, AI features pause for everyone until renewal. The core program (matching, goals, sessions, messaging) continues without interruption. Need more credits? Contact us to discuss a higher-tier plan or a credit top-up.
